Cancellation Policy
Cancellation-
Your appointment is important to both you and I. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least an 8 hour notice for cancellations. Anything less than shall result in a 50% charge of the service. The same policy will apply to No show/No call.
Late Policy-As a courtesy, I will contact you 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. However, should you be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will either need to alter your appointment (depending on the service) or reschedule.
